Double-belt conveyor
The conveyor belt ist the basic module for all systems to be con-structed. It is used for pallet transport. It serves as a connection between the individual assembly stations and is combined with bends or transfer nodes. It is driven either by gear motors with 24V DC or 3x230V AC depending on the application.

Assembly machines
The assembly stations are usually used together with a conveyor belt and serve for assembling the 3-part workpieces. Three dif-ferent assembly stations are available designed for the individual parts of the workpieces.

Bolt assembly

Test machine
The test machine is mounted on a conveyor belt. The test ma-chine examines passing workpieces, e.g. for colour or material. The measurement is made by integrated optical, inductive, ca-pazitive or magnetic sensors.

Sorting machine
The sorting machine is mounted on a conveyor belt. The sorting machine sorts or singles parts according to preset criteria.The movement sequences are totally pneumatic. Vacuum generator with sensor, lifting cylinder with vacuum suction, pneumatic linear axis, control unit with EMERGENCY STOP.

Pallet lift
The pallet lift and storage tower modules can be combined in one unit and are used for simulating high-shelf store. The store has a capacity of 8 workpiece pallets. Short double belt con-veyor, electrical linear unit, 400mm lifting high, control unit with EMERGENCY STOP.

Storage tower
The pallet lift and storage tower modules can be combined in one unit and are used for simulating high-shelf store. The store has a capacity of 8 workpiece pallets. Pneumatic tilt mechanism for loading and unloading storage levels (roller tracs), throttle check valves, end position sensors.

Bends, transfer nodes, roller track
Bends, transfer nodes and roller track are required to connect individual sub-systems in somplex plants. These elements either have their own drive or can be connected mechanically to driven conveyor belts.

Asembly system 2-part workpieces
This system is suitable for assembling 2-part workpieces. Four different workpiece versions can be assembled from workpiece tops and workpiece bottoms made from two different materials and sorted into two different stores as desired with this system. Special emphasis has been placed on the use of two transfer nodes which are operated by pneumatic swing drives.

Asembly system 3-part workpieces
This system is suitable for assembling, testing and storing 3-part workpieces. The respective desired workpiece combination can be achieved with the code on the workpiece pallets. The trainee learns how different industrial bus systems are combined and finds out how a so-called control stand computer controls a complex plant.
